Hello, what’s the best way to contact if you’re trying to ask why an item isn’t shipped for weeks? Your company seems absolutely unresponsive. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue and the last it was cancelled without explanation or response and randomly refunded weeks later.
While I’ve had some great experiences with Isuit, this is a bit frustrating when it happens.
