Thanks. I'm pretty sure that I would've looked like a D-Bag had Cat not been there. I ran through it when I prepped the two the night before like I was explaining it to the camera. I set the timer on the stove for the 4 minutes they said we would have. It wasn't good.

Her being there, and asking the leading questions, made it much more conversational and natural.
