I found an old bottle of Campari (colored with carmine) while looking for bourbon. I had to snatch it up despite having a bottle at home; I've only ever had the recent formula. The color is plainly different, how much difference in taste should I expect?

Not worth it. The 20 is better and half the price.
I went out to buy rye and bourbon as suggested. There was no rye and I couldn't decide if I want Jim Beam or Four Roses as I have no clue about bourbon. Came home instead with El Dorado 15y, Matusalem 15y, Highland Park 12y and Hennessy X.O
