How many miles did you run today?

10 miles yesterday. First run since earlier in the week as life has just got in the way.

7.3 miles today in some gloomy looking weather. Just beat the mist that was coming down at the end.

3.25 mile run this morning, the first part with my oldest son as he rode to school.

2200 meters swimming this morning. I shared a lane with one of the top pro triathletes in the world.

Gym yesterday then 7.3 miles today. Beat the terrible storms coming in so will be a lazy afternoon.

3.5 mile run on snowy roads and sidewalks. We got around 5” overnight, and temps were in the mid 30s while I was out.

Gym yesterday morning then 7.3 miles in the afternoon. Temps right at 40* during the run so it was a little chilly with shorts, a long sleeve, and gloves.

I did some kettlebell work last night while watching that Tour de France documentary on Netflix.

2500 yards swimming earlier this afternoon after visiting my sports chiro for the first time in too long. The effect on my swimming was noticeable.
