Don, if you want to look green in your photos I won't stop you. I wasn't trying to mock you by neutralizing the colour balance. I'm going to pull that image down so the photo can be enjoyed in it's original state.

In regards to the outfit itself, I liked it, I was layering in a similar way yesterday.

Ok then I missunderstood you and I apologize for this.

No need to apologize. BTW, where do Germans like to go for beer? (Is there a particularly good town for it) Years ago when I was in Amsterdam I was talking to locals who said they disliked drinking Heineken and would usually go into Germany. Is it like Canada and the US where there are lots of craft breweries opening up? If so, what is good in your opinion as I have a work-mate who routinely travels to Dresden for work who I might ask for him to bring beer back.

I've wondered this for a while now.

In the northern, western and eastern part of germany there are only few breweries more likely brewing a beer like Heineken, Budweiser or Millers (with the exception that they brew by the german purity law).

In the southern part (Bavaria and Baden-Wuerttemberg) there are many small craft breweries making a good, non industrial beer. So if your work-mate find some "Unfiltriertes" (not filtrated) beer in Dresden, he should bring you some bottles. Otherwise a bavarian "Weißbier" should be good.

Nice, Isolation! I think that suit is well within a traditional understanding of a suit's silhouette while still maintaining the profile you envision. I hope you like it!

Are you planning to lengthen the sleeves a bit or do you like showing extra cuff?

@Isolation congrats on the new suit, looks nice. I'd follow @heldentenor 's advice and lengthen the sleeves. They are a bit too slim too, which makes them ride up, exaggerating the 'too short' look. And, glad you're not wearing your chukkas with this. I like single monks sooo much better than double m's.

@SeaJen lovely SC and tie, I'm not sure about the PS though...

@MrChris great tie, it doesn't get any madder!

Rarely is this said, but Pliny, I think you might benefit from narrower lapels next time. Still, an excellent suit.

SeaJean, really like that tie. I think I have commented on it before. Is it from HC?

Thanks guys! Yes I love single monks. I'll be honest I've been wanting to wear them it's just been raining so much and I thought the chukkas with dainite would be a safer choice. Imagine if I slip and smear my clothes in mid. Not risky that, nope.

I'll have to try it with another short but I think the sleeves only look short because I had French cuffs and I didn't pull it into position properly. It's a bit less than half an inch showing right now which I think looks fine.
