Mine have been pretty great - have you tried hitting them with some Saphir Renovateur? Wondering if the mink oil will soften them up a bit...Love the colours on these but I must say they still don’t feel broken in after 30+ wear.

Thanks. I think that might be a good idea. Bick 4 is a non-oil-based, non-darkening conditioner, and might work. Maybe that's a better start. But for me, I can't recall a pair where Reno has permanently darkened them, at least a leather finished like the English Tan (?) Edwards.Thanks. I think that might be a good idea.
