New tobacco calf loafers. One has a small blemish on the top. No biggie. GS website states this leather can show natural traits such as growth marks etc. Is this correct @GrantStone ?

I used the Edwards almost daily last year during fall/winter and couldn't like them more. Since I use quite a lot of public transport which gets rough on my city I love that they can take a beating and still look great. I'll try to post a pic of them later, it's been around a year since I have them (didn't get much wear this spring-summer, admittedly).
Thanks. I would actually love to see them. Just been rotating my same 3 pairs and love them all. Dune CXL and black CXL Diesels and black waxy commander Edwards. I prefer the design of the Edward overall, but the Diesel boots are great too.

This leather is known to have growth marks that appear more like lines. The mark you are referring to looks like a small scar/blemish, which shouldn't be on the vamp. I will send you a DM to address this.

@GrantStone any chance you are considering a dark olive /green smooth (not textured/tumbled/pebbled) leather like cxl or Minerva? That would be a killer leather for the Diesel and Ottawa.
