To be honest if you expected to get shoes identical to Vass for $260 you were bound to be disappointed. They should have probably offered to sort out the black spot though...

But to be honest, how did you act there?
Did you scream at the top of your voice in your thick American accent?
Did you demand your consumer rights be upheld?

Even though you got your full refund, I suppose you could still make a complaint against the shop to one of their consumer tribunal or ombudsmen type bodies.

Anyway I believe the workmanship is around China's standards and use a thinner and inferior sort of leather. No?

Haha, no. I just said I am sort of bummed that the shoes did not look like the pic and the spot would not come out. How about I just pay you for the belt and you refund the deposit. No yelling, no I am an American nonsense. My mom was with me, the last thing I was going to do was to be a total ass. But point taken on behavior but how I behaved was nothing compared to some nonsense I have seen here in the states.

I did go to Nordstrom's rack and picked up a pair of Drydens for 79.95 which look way better than the shoes that were made in HK.
