I think Mike nailed it. I liked AlanC, too. As BBC noted, some of the looks were not really Trad (Ivy League) at all. Like anything we discuss, the differences are so much in the details. Maybe I didn't read the fine print, but some of the looks were more "Preppy" which I think of as different than "Trad". I guess both are American inventions, but not quite the same.

I didn't have a photo, but the rest of my entry was Brooks Bro university stripe OCBD, navy lambswool cardigan and Harris tweed cap on top of gray flannels and, of course, Weejuns.
