MTO...and honestly the fit off the peg is excellent. I had no alterations except to cut the sleeve buttonholes. Wish I had a way to take a pic of the back. It is very very clean.
This is pretty much the last clean shirt that I have. I really need to do some laundry.AAS, I feel a tattersall shirt would have nailed that fit, while still in your stylistic idiom. YMMV.
