I haven't really sampled it since we developed the NMWA, which I think is better. If someone wants to buy the Ciro, they can but we don't push it because most stores just don't get it.

Gotcha. Thanks for being so accessible by the way, man, answering questions and sharing in our collective enjoyment of clothing. Never change :slayer:

@NickPollica I love Eidos tailoring, but what has prevented me from buying any sportcoats is the fact I have major issues with the horizontal shoulder dimpling at the sleevehead. I think this is due in part generally to the slimness of the upper sleeve, the placement of the sleeve, and my build. Interestingly enough the sleeves of the Field Jacket fit and fall more or less perfectly - no dimpling whatsoever, and the sleeve curves down nicely to the cuffs without any wrinkling. It's likely the case the construction of a sportcoat and the FJ are a bit different with padding and the attachment of the sleeve to the sleevehead, but can you speak to any specific differences as to why the huge difference in the fit of the sleeves? If the sportcoat sleeves fit like the ones on the FJ, I'd have a rack of Eidos sportcoats.

You should try the tailored jacket on this season. All the tailoring was produced by Sartoria Partenopea and they finally nailed the shoulder.

I've had this issue on my two previous sportcoats and am thrilled to hear it's been fixed. Does this apply to all versions?

Only tailored model not made by Partenopea this season is the Augusto shirt jacket.

Next season production is moving back to Michelangelo.

That's interesting. What's typically involved in the decision to change manufacturers? Is it quality control? Better prices?

Does Barneys, Saks 5th & Nordstrom carry any Eidos in store? Specifically San Francisco.

Will have to this season a try then because I had the same issue as the other member.

Was anyone able to track down where the batik-ish belted robe ended up? I didn't see it in the Martin Patrick photos/ecomm.

@NickPollica

Any favorites from the Spring/Summer MTM-book? There was a bit of a snag with the fabric I chose for my suit with Marcus, so I have to select a new make up.

To be clear, nothing on Marcus. He's been great about the whole thing.

@NickPollica

Lawrence Covell sent me a picture of this. Is it western shirt in linen or a blend? Any other details? I'm trying to decide between this and their indigo linen work shirt but this is amazing.
