I'm in London today so took the opportunity to confirm my sizing on the Snowdon, and it was as I expected a UK 10. The same as my 335/341 boots if that's of any use to anyone.

Then, not half an hour later I had an email confirming the details for our GMTO, and good news - they are happy to do the Galway-style heel pull

With regard to the laces they do not have anything more 'heavy duty' but assure me that the laces are very durable.

The spec is as follows:

The price will be £550 with an expected turnaround time of 'up to 16 weeks'.
