Something about these split toes is lacking. I do really like the single sole and the strap. But the split stitching made me unload the new old stock pair I had a while ago.

Frankenmunks. I originally ordered in the same size as my Lindricks/Marlowe wingtips. That was too big.
I re-ordered in same size as Gianni. They fit snug but have already started to loosen up.
Cordovan has that typical greasy feel. It's not dried out like some have noted with their Marlows. They also don't seem to be caked with an excess amount of brown polish like some past C&J cordovan pairs I have.

Anyone have any photos of these in the wild? Very different for a single monk…quite a few pairs floating around on ebay…

I had them at one point for I think less than $350 after a super mark down with an additional 40% off a couple of years ago. I thought it would look fine with the end of my pant leg covering the strap and buckle, but ended up returning. It felt comfy and looked like a nice cap toe blucher with half of the shoe covered up.

For the life of me I don't understand not buying Eddie's Marlow Tassels for $359. Even all the sweet spot sizes are available .. Weird. Most the Penny's sold out but the tassel is there 8.5 through 10. Freaking tank loafer.
