oman, buy some rolling tobacco online. The premium stuff is so much better and still cheaper than commercial cigarettes. I like D&R Tobacco.

I guess I'm not a real man. I hear that the tobacco you buy to roll yourself is a lot better for you though. Lacks the chemicals that cigarette manufacturers add in for taste. Any truth in that?

Yes. Consequently they are less addictive, as in addition to nicotine, many of the chemicals in commercial cigarettes serve to hook smokers.

years ago, cbs i think, ran a story on chemical additives on cigarettes. one of the chemicals these manufacturers put in apparently to enhance the nicotine rush is ammonia.

good advice. do real-life tobacconists also stock tobacco? there are a few in the city i live in.

They should. A good tobacconist should be able to advise you on, let you smell, and maybe smoke a variety of loose leaf tobacco.
