In comfort? Dainite are quite hard, I find commando more comfortable after a bit of break in time.

More for walking on a snow and ice. Dainite is lethal ime so a strange choice for a shearling lined boot. Shoe healer did a great job ?

The Outlet store section of the Cheaney web site has disappeared. Odd. Also, there has been a huge price increase on their Balmoral boots. I was on the fence about getting a pair and today they are 100 pounds more expensive!! Well, that decision just got a lot easier.

i also noticed this yesterday, the outlet section is not listed, but you put the outlet model name in the search bar and you will get the result immediately ?

I noticed as well that the Outlet isn't anymore on their main page, nevertheless, I just bought a pair of boots from there with a 56% discount (better than it was before if I remember well).

I arrived there googling for another model I wanted which gave access to other options. The check out process was seamless: I already received a confirmation mail.

Nothing I do can get me to find the outlet section of Cheaney's web site. Their entire stock has vanished.

As I said before, you have to look for a specific model, not the Outlet as such as it doesn't exist anymore in the old fashion, at least for now. Search for what you are willing to buy, as I did with my boots.

As I mentioned on my previous post (and can be seen in the attached order), last night (early morning in the UK) I searched for and bought a pair of Jarrow R Derby boot, with an excellent 56% discount on its price, that has already shipped via DHL and its due to arrive during the next weekend: very speedy service. (As I have seven-hour difference with the UK, the hour of the order confirmation reflects their local time).

I have a pair of Alfred on 125 last, UK 10.5 and G width and they fit me well.
With another shoe on 130 last but F width I have some heel slippage and am wondering if a 10 size would have been a snugger fit.
That's all I can say, hope it helps.
