  • Epaulet x Styleforum Alpine Loden Collection

Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

So Bergdorf Goodman got back to me and said that their cashmere knitwear is made by Maglieria Artigiana. Anyone heard of this company? I can't find reviews online.

Anyone else notice that Colhays have a note on what seems to be every product page that they won’t be re stocking sizes this year (or in some cases at all)?

Wonder what is going on there.

Not sure tbh, I had an issue (a couple pages back) about the short-sleeved polo being very different from pictured (and a different color I bought earlier this year), emailed them to ask about it. They took a week to confirm it is a design change (which is also weird, I bought a size 40 and it immediately went out of stock, so I figured it was a leftover or returned item from old batch), but so far no further replies when I asked about returning it and getting refunds.

I've been a bit tied up with work stuffs these days but I'll open a dispute case either with paypal or amex. I don't like going down this route but I already gave them over two weeks. Such a shame considering I really like their products and styling, even their blog posts.

Looking around on the website, some items (e.g. olive lambswool cardigan) note a restock coming in September 2024. Hopefully they get a better histogram of sizes on the next batch. There are many items where I would buy, but they are out of my size.

ETA: Looking around some more, a lot of their items do note that restock will be in specific sizes. Unfortunately, my tastes as usual must be non-standard, since my wishlist items will not be restocked.

I am also still waiting on a reply. I imagine Ron(nie) is very busy.
