This is a ridiculous question, I know: When trimming my beard with an electric trimmer (usually over the sink in the bathroom) little trimmed bits of beard go everywhere and 1) they can clog the sink if you just flush them, and 2) getting the sink cleaned behind the handles and spigot is a constant pain because they don't wipe away easily.

Is this a weekly irritation for every man with a beard or is there a better way?

I still have a newspaper delivered and I have taken to putting a broadsheet over the sink to catch the majority of the falling follicles, but that seems silly.
