Curious, does NMWA carry any camp collar shirts in an "oversized" fit?

Basically dropped shoulders.

I find most brands I find that carry camp collar shirts have roomy chests, but the shoulders are still on the "normal" side of fitting.

If you want shoulder bigger than for your size wouldn’t next size up work?

Out of the NMWA camp collars I own, the Monitaly Milano has the lowest shoulders

Monitaly Milano as mentioned and CAMO Meydan are consistently wider shoulders. Some of the Document silhouettes too

I stupidly left it buried in the closet. Wore it for the first time today. Will they make more of this style? Are the seersucker ones on the site the same style?

Woof, I forgot how much rayon/lyocell can shrink on first wash.

I bought a PF wave print shirt from a couple seasons ago in size medium.

I'm 158lbs with a 38" chest, sounds like I should go up a size or two if I want a relaxed fit.
Really? I bought a PF camp collar lyocell shirt from someplace else (though admittedly I don't know how many seasons ago), I normally wear 39/15.5 in shirts (i.e. smaller side of M, I'm about 37.5'' chest and wear 48IT i.e. 38US in jackets) but looking at measurements I went for S, and it felt roomy enough, even after washing once.
Unless they really changed the material, I wonder how is it possible that you, with basically the same chest, can't comfortably fit an M after washing. Unless NMWA does its own sizing on those?

To be fair, I've been using Firefox to browse NMWA for years and this issue only popped up for me in the last few months.
In fairness, I do have to say that it is not unheard of for Chromium (which runs the majority of the main browsers under the hood) to introduce non-standard behaviors to some directive that then becomes understood as normal behavior by most devs due to its sheer dominance of the market, making people think that Firefox has bugs when at times it is only following the actual behaviour prescribed by web standards (HTML, JScript etc).
Now, whether this is one of such cases, I don't know. Though it seems less likely given that Safari does not have the problem and is not Chromium-based.

Edit: However, I had forgot that Chromium is actually a fork of WebKit used by Safari, so it is not inconceivable that a weird behaviour by Chromium-based browsers would be also in the other as long as it is caused by shared code. And in this case it would be even more likely to become the de-facto expected behaviour despite standards.
