Yeah, the more I think about it the more I think ts(s) in 4 and SL in 3.

The length in the ts(s) 4 makes a lot of difference. Also, I slightly rolled the sleeves of the 4 which makes it look a bit smaller.

Also, have Fujito in a 4 but it was big and didn't really work in my opinion.

I think the SL can go either way; to me the 4 has a more relaxed, summery vibe.

Can I get a quick refresher on how to size dress shirts for my chest?

Is it +5 inches from your actual chest measurement?

As Greg never tires of telling us, the Inglese shirt sizes are collar sizes in cm, rather than chest sizes. They fit fairly slim.

Why would you need 5 inches extra?

I think that's the going wisdom, i.e. if you chest measures 40 inches around at the thickest part, your dress shirt should measure several inches larger in the chest for a proper fit.

As Greg never tires of telling us, the Inglese shirt sizes are collar sizes in cm, rather than chest sizes. They fit fairly slim.

I learned this the hard way - but in this circumstance I'm trying to find out what G. Inglese shirt size i should go with. My neck is very thin in proportion to my chest, so I can't go off the neck size.
