Think about having the vent closed. Maybe the HF store would be a good place to have it tailored.

ok, shoulders are ok in the front, in the pic from the back, is the jacket buttoned or open?

sleeves will be fine if that is just the way you standing. they should show a half inch or so of the shirt cuff at the bottom.

Tha jacket button is closed in all pics except the last front one.

Tomasso, what does closing the vent accomplish? Just wondering...

So far

1) Take in Waist

Not clear about whether you guys think the sleeves need to be lengthened or if it will look okay with the shirt cuff showing.

Shoulders are okay or tight?

1) It is generally accepted that shirt cuff should show. I am an exhibitionist for cufflinks, and show at least 1/2 an inch, although 1/8-1/4 is more standard.

2) The back needs to be taken in, as do the sides (not necessarily just the waist)

Other than that, looking good Mr. Carter...

With the notch lapels, closing the vent isn't such a big deal. Closing it up might make the skirt fit poorly. Best not to mess with it (IMHO).

So I need to get the back, sides, and waist taken in. I thought that was all the same thing, shows what I know!

I'm going to take it to Wilfred's, I think. It seems they don't screw things up too bad too often.

I don't need an appointment right?

Hey guys...

I now need to buy a shirt. Where can I get a formal shirt for less than $100 that is decent in NY? Also, good places in NY to buy a vest/bowtie? Looking for something decent. Doesn't need to super high quality. Just want it to look decent. Hickey Freeman has a shirt for $150 but I don't feel like spending that. Thanks.

Must cufflinks match the studs exactly? I want to wear some cufflinks I have but I need to get some new studs. Do they have to be the same color, or the same exact make, or is different studs/cufflinks alright?
