I envisioned regularly switching up instrumentals for ringtones. But the silly process you need to go through to turn an mp3 into an acceptable file to play on your iPhone (plus creating the snippet you want to play) has ensured that this is the one and only ringtone I've "made" since I got the phone in 2008.

+1, I've been using the same phone for almost 5 years. Set it on vibrate.

I always have mine on vibrate, it must still be on whatever the standard iPhone ringer is. I hate when phones make noise, even the buzz of the vibration annoys me.
