Zipper Boots

I've had a good luck with numerous pairs (I own 5-6 pairs) of Bally zipper dress boots. The pull ons never worked for me because of the weird foot shape

I have a pair of the Chelsea-style zipper boots and while you skip the problem of the elastic stretching, the zippers tend to rub the inside leg of whatever pants you have over them - I have a few pairs of jeans with small holes just above the ankle because of this.
