It has taken three times as long on my boots as originally promised in the initial order. They send me a tracking number that said they shipped 21 days ago. The tracking number said I was not located at the address shipped to then changed to "redirected to new address." It's been "redirected" for a good 10 days now. I'm upset and can't get anyone to answer the phone or email to confirm to me what address they were shipped to. The level of frustration I am having over this has peaked and I cannot believe there is no one at the place to answer the phone.
EDIT: I honestly want my money back, but my concern is when I finally get someone on the phone they won't be willing to because the order has shipped. I'm willing to give them a chance before I do a charge-back, but need to speak with a human voice soon.
