Should you tuck part of the sleeve underneath the watch so it always shows? Or just let the watch remain covered?

Dress watches worn with a suit are supposed to be small and thin enough to comfortably fit under your shirt cuff. Nothing looks worse that someone in a nice suit wearing a big chunky watch that does not fit under his shirt cuff. Dive watches are nice, but most of us don't go diving wearing a suit and tie.
