What is the best eye cream & face cream against puffy-eyes and wrinkles?

I tend to get droopy bags under my eyes at times, and I can see a few small wrinkles forming too.

I tried No. 7 Eye Firming Gel (made by Boots) and it really works.

It's not expensive ($8-$12). After you put some around your eyes, you can feel it tightening everything up. Don't go too heavy with it though or you will end up with that wide eyed suprised look and blinking will become difficult.

I compare it to having 16 cups of coffee in 2 minutes.

Use a little and it's awesome.

I've also tried dabbing a bit on a frown line that I seem to have developed and it faded it dramatically.

I've always been afraid of "firming" agents.

I presume it tightens the area where you apply it, temporarily (while the creme is still there).

But if you tighten that area, doesn't it pull and stretch other areas?

Think of saran wrap covering a bowl. If it's drooping down and you stretch it taut, doesn't it make the whole thing bigger? Think of doing this every single day to your face...

any thoughts?

i don't have any problems with puffiness or wrinkles, but I always seem to have dark circles. I've heard that it might be related to blocked sinuses, which might be my case seeing as I have horrible allergies. Has anyone heard about this?

Also, are there any recommendations for getting rid of the dark circles from your eyes?
