I'm not a native English speaker and I am not sure what "have the legs taken in" in this context means? Can you please explain? Thanks.

If you're into skinny jeans, there's a British brand called "Tiger of London" which produces a black skinny jean called: "Tiger of London 156 Black Stretch Jeans" . They come in size 28-40 and feature a front rise of 11.5" , so it's a pretty "old school" fit.
Here's how they fit/look like (these images are from a Japanese shop called "Barkbox")

So if you wear them how they're supposed to be worn, they'll fit around your natural waistline.
This photo is from Tiger of London itself, and shows how it looks like when worn on the hips instead of ones waist (more stacking at the bottom):

Jeans typically follow fashion hence the limit of styles in the market place. TRy posting on the Streetwear forum, this is a staple to them.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
