Based on your subsequent posts in this thread, it sounds like it was made-to-measure or bespoke, correct?

The things that stand out are the long shirt sleeves and the short suit coat sleeves. Not sure if it's your stance or what, but it does look worse on your right arm than the left one.

Lighter, sharper pictures would help (also from the back), also without the coat if you want people to comment on the shirt fit.
Yes, I had the chance to be at two fittings. But not the final fitting where I try the finished suit.
These fittings however took like 5 minutes each which felt way too stressful.

If you trust your tailor you don't have to say anything.

Here is my opinion (the first two points have been raised already by other SF members):

1) Sleeves too short. Ideally you show around 1/4 to 1/2 inch of shirt sleeve -> this probably can be fixed by a local tailor

2) Overall jacket length is too short. It should fully cover your butt, which is not the case as far as I can see. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it.

3) There is lots of bulking and wrinkling of fabric where the sleeves come out of the shoulders. This should not be the case. So unless you did something weird with your arms while taking the pictures, this indicates that the shoulders of the jackets are not sized correctly (too small).

Not a great piece of advertisement for your tailor. I could see that things look that wrong in case of no fitting, but with two fittings this should be better. I'd ask him to fix this or give you a refund.

Stressful in the sense that the fittings were too brief.

However it remains to see how Dave handles this issue.

It's not meant to be buttoned.

If you take a look at your first set of pictures where it's buttoned, you can see in the second shot (even though the picture is blurry) that the bottom of your coat is strained.

In your second set of pictures where you leave it unbuttoned, you can see in the first picture the coat opens up at the bottom--that's how it's supposed to look.

Update: I just called Dave's tailor and they are willing to pay for shipping back and forth to correct the suit for me which is kinda good
