Good news for those waiting on the slipper style, finalized and ready...bad news for next spring

Those have the potential to be either insanely comfortable or a torture device for your feet. Love the look and the leather, but worry that they'll be too stiff. Anything that slips on unless it's a formal shoe like a tassel or penny loafer should be really supple.

Speaking of Mr.P... Does anyone know what kind of leather these Viberg Service Boots are? These are for sale on Mr.P (photo credit). The ad says "Brown" without more detail. I emailed Mr. P to ask. I was hoping for tannery and tannage. The response was this, and I quote: "the leather is 100 per cent Cowhide leather and the sole is 100 per cent rubber." Not exactly helpful. It looks like a nice CXL but a tad darker than Natural CXL. Any guesses? I'm also curious if anyone has experience shopping with this vendor. Thanks!
