Depends on what you lease. If you had leased a Ferrari Enzo when they were first introduced, you would be up a few $100k.

Nope. the dealership that owned it would be up a few $100K. You'd just be keeping the seat warm for them until the lease is up.

If it's actually appreciated in value a couple of hundred grand, the dealership would probably find wiggle room in the lease agreement to adjust the purchase option to market value. After all, they draft the contracts in the way that favors them at every turn.

I would go for the Continental personally (if i had to choose between the two). I think a deep green or blue continental (as long as it is not baby blue...) with a light interior is a beautiful car that is classy, refined, and convenient enough for day to day driving. It can perform when you want it to, but at the same time, it won't scrape over bumps or create situations where you have to go over speed-bumps at an angle. Some people don't mind this (I don't really, I've had to do it in my last two cars), but some do, so I figured I would just point that out.
