Not sure who made it, but that isn't @lordsuperb in the picture. Wonky shoulders, but everything else looks great.

Sure looks like steed. I don't think there's anything wrong with the shoulders though. It's just the way the wearer is standing. Right shoulder looks lower than the left because the right arm is hanging lower.

100% sure that the shoulders are due to the stance of the person.

The cloth is not as heavy as it appears there. Not sure of the exact weight but I dont think its more than 16oz.

I assume that's the LL "Agnelli" tweed. I have 4m of it waiting to be made up by someone (probably BnT, when I can afford to throw some more funds their way).

It's 14oz.

3 piece?

The shoulders will always look like that no matter how much it's worn.

Oh sorry - 3.5 metres. No, probably not enough for a 3pc, but I could have patch pockets I guess.

I think I'd like to get it made up something like this (I have a feeling this photo is of a well-known SFer or LLer, but I'm not sure who it is) -

IRL the cloth is more grey, not so eggplanty.

Nice, will this be a casual or business suit? How often do you think you would wear it?

I believe that photo is @gazman70k

I have 4 meters as well sitting on a shelf waiting to get made up.

It is a very unusual tweed. You can't even tell its tweed until you get up close. I think it could just as easily meet the criteria for a more formal or more casual suit.

Someone on LL is even doing a DB suit.

I've got enough for a 3-pc, which I might well do. It could work with or without the vest, and as an odd jacket should the trousers give out or seem too staid for the occasion.

Unfortunately, I had a thornproof jacket made last year in more or less that pattern, so I may have to let other priorities come to the head of the queue.

A more successful specimen than the one on the previous page. It's not the shoulders, but rather the lapels' shape and angle. As well as not having the ticket pocket, for a cleaner look.
