will post some again soon. no real goal weight, more about body composition.

have gone from a 49" chest, 19.5" arms and 28" thighs with a 36" waist at 239 lbs to a 47" chest, 18.5" arms, 26.5" thighs and a 33.5" waist.

most of the pics i've posted in body consciousness were at closer to 240. did post one at @225 a few weeks ago.

really just did this to prove i could do it, drug free for once.

Good job Kunk! I'd really be interested in you posting or linking to a typical day's consumption. I too have been following a carb-restricted meal plan with nice results.

yesterday's food log:

4 eggs with 2 slices turkey bacon

1 metabolic drive shake made with 2% milk

4 oz top round and brocolli w/one tsp soy and one tsp sesame oil

6oz tuna steak

6oz stewed chicken breast with tomatoes

4 cups green tea

2 cups black coffee

1.5 gallons water

2 meatballs (2.5 oz each) with crushed tomatoes

1 glass carb countdown milk

Good stuff Kunk - thanks for posting. I love that Hood carb countdown but it's almost impossible to find her in LA.

lost 3 pants sizes now. all my pants/jeans/etc. are going into the sf market
