Co. I consulted for just paid over 400 Million in penalties for improperly marketing off-label indications. Whoever in sales dept. snitched on them to FDA got 15% of that...

Please get the out of the company as soon as possible. In January 2013, I had accepted a senior position at a major company. By March I knew what the real deal was. Basically, I saw my saw myself exposed to lawsuits down the road for the things people wanted me to do. By May 2013, I tendered my resignation. That was a relief. Best of luck there.
