Crystal is actually pretty good. I remember seeing it around New Orleans when I was there for business years ago and ordering a few bottles as it wasn't available in the northeast. Now it's available everywhere. Prefer it to tabasco.

Actually, I suspect that's the reason Tabasco doesn't show up here.

The "uniquely popular" thing has been a trend in these sort of map visualizations for a while, everything from the "regional words for X" to "trends in p0rn viewing".

Like...attractive blondes are popular everywhere, so you use some sort of simple algorithm that looks for breaks from the national trend.

Hentai is definitely not the most popular search in California, but it is far more popular in CA than it is in Iowa where all the white farmers don't even know what it is.
