Curious as to why someone would buy the Sea-Dweller when it is unlikely that they will test the water-resistance limits of the Submariner.
UNIFORM LA Japanese BDU Camo Cargo Pants Drop, going on right now.
Uniform LA's Japanese BDU Camo Cargo Pants are now live. These cargos are based off vintage US Army BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) cargos. They're made of a premium 13.5-ounce Japanese twill that has been sulfur dyed for a vintage look. Every detail has been carried over from the inspiration and elevated. Available in two colorways, tundra and woodland. Please find them here

While somewhat redundant for me personally, I think the Sea-Dweller appeals to those who want to wear a bigger and thicker watch. Plus the technology is cool.Curious as to why someone would buy the Sea-Dweller when it is unlikely that they will test the water-resistance limits of the Submariner.

YOU LOOK LIKE A SEIKO.I dont mean this perjoratively, but this looks like a Seiko to me. I happen to like Seiko, but I'm sure this will inflame some people.

I really like the dial on the James Cameron version, and you can't get something like that with the Sub. However, as an overall watch, it doesn't do much for me. I'd probably buy a Sub, and use the difference in price toward another watch.
Probably for the same reason i drive an SUV ( i like it). Highly unlikely that i will ever utilize it 10% of it’s potential...oh and i wear an SD when driving it.....Curious as to why someone would buy the Sea-Dweller when it is unlikely that they will test the water-resistance limits of the Submariner.
I’ve owned three subs and a SD4K. They bored me to death, especially the Subs. This watch is just so much fun, man. I ******* love it.
