I'm not tall at 5'8 but still 220lbs. A mix of muscle and fat lifting for almost a decade. The S&M shirts at contemporary fit 17.5/35 fit me perfectly. Trousers at contemporary 38 (ideally with pleats) but a tad tight. Contemporary 44 is a bit tight but plenty long in the sleeves/jacket length just tight in the arms/chest.

I think my next suit from S&M will have to be MTM for it to fit properly.

Yes. Current S&M size is 44L. Was a 46, but lost about 40lbs, and now the 44L is really good on me (now at 6'0" and about 210lbs).
