Park Avenue near Grand Central today. There was some rally for "support A-Rod" or something like that. As you can imagine, it was really just a bunch of latinos gathered to protest something baseball related. They all had matching "support A-Rod" t-shirts. This one woman was sooo fat that her T-shirt didn't fit. But damn it, if at first you fail, try, try again! So she put on the t-shirt as much as she could - which was right below where her ******* were. It was like a mini-shirt.

Once I was in a national park going along the main road there, wide enough for a car. When me and my gf turn the corner we see a lone dog with a head of a doe in his mouth. He just jogs by and ignores us.

This middle aged man sitting next to me here at Starbucks is watching Appreciation on his laptop. With the sound on.

I never understood the people who hung out at Starbucks, most of the locations seem so sterile feeling to me. Almost like going to a hospital to do work. Plus, it always seems like Starbucks customers are cranky. Could just be me, but people seem on edge and the hustle bustle of most of the customers I find distracting. My local cafe is a destination spot of sorts. Almost everybody that walks in ends up chatting, or hanging out, or whatever. Much more easy going and inspiring to be around people either getting things done, or having conversation. Maybe, I'm just a hipster.

For one courthouse I visit it's the closest available spot with free wifi other than a McDonalds.
