When looking at that image of Craig with the extreme waist suppression, thoughts of rubber gloves and meat cutting instruments come to mind.

Not a fan of the suits, including the centre vents and collar gap. Plus there was the 'fussy' buttoning up scene when he got up after talking to M, it was only later that I realised he was buttoning up his jacket that was under the overcoat that he still had on indoors! Overall, I thought the film was a bit meh, too many Bond cliches and a backward step from Skyfall. At times it seemed more like a Mission Impossible clone than Bond.

His suits are almost always too tight; pretty amateur mistake on the part of the designer. They really should be using a stretch wool so it doesn't look like a seam will explode every time he makes an action move

The one suit I really liked was the tobacco linen suit when they got off the train in the desert. I'd like to know what cloth they used...

Ridiculous how he only wore that on the way to Blofeld's secret base. Then IMMEDIATELY changed into a dark blue or charcoal suit. I thought that was a funny quirk in the movie.

I thought it wasn't a suit, rather a tan jacket, and a stone-ish pair of pants - either way, it was my favorite as well

Ok sorry I was a little late in seeing the movie but my twins were born at right about the release so by the time a date night could occur, the movie was out of theaters. Finally watched it last night. Anyway, my thoughts are that I didn't mind the clothing too much in the movie. Yes, suits are still too small. And there were some weird costume changes at weird points. (I think someone mentioned the tan sc outfit that we see for all of 2 mins) The casual outfits were terrible imo. Nothing like the simple classic casual of CR, or QOS.

The movie itself was bad. I know that it was much more like classic Bond but it was too jumpy and had weird parts added to it. I for one want to see Bond fighting it out, not M. It was interesting to see the "modern" take on henchmen. I also noticed that they never gave the spectre acronym. I'll have to rewatch again but I was disappointed given the ending of Skyfall and how much Skyfall tied the old to new bond. I've heard that Craig doesnt want to come back and Waltz wont come back without Craig. That'll be too bad if neither come back. Craig looks old but not nearly as bad as Connery/Moore looked in their last movies.

I also noticed how much more secretary-like Moneypenny looked. Much more conservative and homely. Interesting.

I personally liked skyfall more than spectre - maybe because of the critical acclaim spectre was getting, I was expecting so much more

I didn't see much critical acclaim for Spectre. Most of the reviews I saw were along the lines of "classic Bond film, but not as good as Skyfall".

Which is funny because of a lot of the true Bond people didnt like Skyfall. It got a lot of bashing on the James Bond forums. I thought it was a great movie (except for those damn suit fits

) Skyfall got me more into Bond and that led to more into fashion which led me to SF. I dont think I would have done the same for Spectre.

I really didn't like SPECTRE much at all. I prefer QoS! Skyfall was OK—Casino Royale is my favourite of the Craig ones.
