Came across this... Seems like nothing to look at. Wasn't familiar with Sisley.

Seems to be carried by Saks, Holt Renfrew and the like.

I really like Sisley stuff. I've found a few pieces (couple of wmns sweaters, wmns blazer, and a cotton safari style jacket I kept for myself) but don't post them as I never see the brand mentioned here. I think they are owned by Benetton.

^^ 701 is wimmenz. neat.

Yep. I figured $4 was a good investment. The next stop yielded these non-LVC selvedge 501s.

Anyone have thrift spot recommendations for Hawaii? Will be on Honolulu, big island, and Maui for the next two weeks.

Item description says he "found" them.

He actually found them at the Goodwill bins. I think he said he paid 50 cents for them (since the Outlet charges by the pound).

Yeah, it's bonkers. Vtg Hickey Freeman, for Maus & Hoffman. Slub silk.

not to beat this to death or anything but midcentury *sporting* fabrics are waaaay underrated imo. i've noticed more recent vintage from japan that borrows much from 50s-60s american fabrics. gianni too when he was still around, donatella kept the barocco but i guess dispensed with the nattier dobby fabrics etc. its a shame. ah well someday the market will catch up to me haha.

Last but not least is this beautiful duffle bag I've been using as a gym bag for the past 6 months. Finally got around to taking some pics and wanted to get your guys opinion on fugazi status. Did a bit of research on it and it looks like that monogram pattern was used in 70's/80's along with the weird lining. stitching, and welting are suspect but it's 30 years old so idk.Regardless i love it. lol

Not a lot to show for a quick run today.

Some ties. I had to leave some E&R and Breuer ties behind because the front blades were misshapen.

NWOT Nikes. Ladies size US11. Sadly too big for my wife, so they will probably get re-donated.

A rare vintage flanker of a classic leather fragrance. Finding one of these is very rare, but two full ones? I've dated these to 1996.

EDIT. I noticed that the boxes have no barcodes, which means pre-1991. Pour Homme came out in 1978, so I can confidently date these to 1986.
