Poor light pic when trying the Varicks on:

Next to an Indy boot, the shaft is pretty high. Toebox has a good amount of room but midsection is a bit tight. Still debating to keep or not.

nice, i say keep them, mine have gotten a bit loose over the past day. I've gotten many compliments too from random people.

What do you guys suggest to use to take care of the boots?

probably any of the typical products: montana pitchblend, obenaufs, venetian shoe cream

Yeah, the fit is a bit iffy though. The Indy boots fit me like a glove and I really can't afford to keep both. Also if I had an opportunity to get a new pair of seconds of Alden Ravello PTB would you take it over both pairs (the RRLs and Indy boot)?

That cardigan is just from last year (2011) fall/winter - it is women's, hence the less buttons. The sizes 1, 2, 3 are women's sizing. (They aren't doing women's any longer, but be careful not to buy it on ebay - there's a fair amount of it floating around and they made many items that were exact duplicates of the men's pieces).
