I don't have white dress shoes
I've been wanting to pick up some white footwear from Celine for a while now - whether it's the white boots featured in SS24 from this look:

I like these white boots

or if the white single monk jacnos are ever rereleased:

or some white loafers:

But less formal, I also like the white AS-02 high tops:

I see. Actually, by Celine standards, do 38 shirts correspond to outerwear size 46 and to size S?
Yeah I’d say 38/46/S all correspond.
The shirt sizes (37, 38, 39…) are just metric neck sizes. If you look at brands like brooks brothers or Drakes their sizing goes by standard inches (14.5, 15, 15.5…), same principal just in CM. So 37=14.5, 38=15, so on and so forth.

yeah, but there is a difference in shoulders between each collar size.

I dislike that they emboss the logo, but zippers are still YKK. WTF?
Unacceptable. I was really hoping they'd do a white pair.

Happened to see this strange man wearing Celine on one of the tv's at my gym the other day. Looked terrible imo

The problem is, apparently, that LVMH target simultaneously so many different clients, and try to please them all, and it comes off ridiculous. There are women who buy handbags and they still think that it's a 'quiet luxury' 'classy sophisticated' brand (come on, have you seen any runways?? do you know who Slimane is??), than they tried to market sneakers to sneakerheads, than there are all these sweaters ons some plain outerwear done like AMI Paris logo-wise. It's the same incoherent mess as Louis Vuitton itself, where Nicolas Ghesquière parts exist in a separate universe. Kering brands, are, IMO, much more tight and far less 'over the place' like LVMH brands.

We wear the same size. Think you're also 5'8" right? You look so much taller, is the mirror angled or do I just weigh like an extra 10-20lbs? Also those Isaacs look great on you! How do you find them comfort wise?

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
