For me, so far the bauhaus drops have really been a drag--although the classic suit looks nice. It'd be cool if someone could try those out and post fit pics. On the whole, though, I think for the Slimane people we're gonna need to just wait until the wiltern stuff drops. I can't deny, however, that I'm worried he's gonna slap obnoxious logos on the pieces though.

It may sound optimistic, but I think people who like that aesthetic may need to start saving up. It seems that we're no longer in the era of leather jackets in the high $3000 range for instance. The cheapest one on the site currently is the atrocious police officer one. How old does it make you feel that the look we're all basically going for is now being packaged as nostalgic?

I'm totally fed up with the Celine web store in general, it seems like 90% of the items are not available, far better to use Labels, 24s, or Mr. Porter.

i always thought wesley was named after this guy, who walked the first hedi celine show, but your story probably makes more sense

Paul Leather Jacket

Hi, I ordered this Paul Leather Jacket in size 44 and 46 and I am very undecided what size keep and what return. I like the sleeves on the size 44 that fits exactly like in Hedi Slimane runway and other pictures on IG but I can’t close easy the zip (I gained about 8kg weight however and I'm on a diet to lose them). Size 46 fits me more relaxed and I can easy close the zip but the sleeves are a little bit longer.
Any opinion would be very appreciated as I have time still January 10th to return one of them!

These are some pictures where Hedi wears this jacket and I like how the sleeves fits him above the wrist but he only wears it opened I see 🤔

44 looks too tight to me, however if you are sure you will lose the weight and keep it off it could be ok.

Need to see the jacket with a proper fit & some clearer photos really.

The rectangular buckle belt restocked so I got it. Very nice. I have both this and the 2.5 cm square buckle belt which are both great. I'll probably end up selling the 2 cm square buckle belt now as I prefer the 2.5.

I'm gonna go with the 46 too, but I'd like to see some pics with teh camera at a higher level. I got to wear mine yesterday and think it might be my favorite leather jacket.
