Very interesting. I visited the one in SF (aka THE CITY) coupla' weeks ago. Very good beers, but I found it to be a bit pretentious and sterile, to be honest.

the food in the nyc one is supposed to be great. i like the idea of controlling the CO2 and NO content and individualizing temperature for each beer served

Went to check out green lead brewery in North Vancouver yesterday. They have a week balanced IPA. I actually chose that to have a glass of, after my flight of the four they had on tap. That's quite unusual for me, as I find IPA's to be quite overly hopped. They also have a bad ass stout.

Visiting one of my oldest friends tonight, and aside from having a taste of his home-brewed IPA, I had a lovely wheat beer by Big Sky Brewing. It's inspiring me to think about my trip through Montana in September...

anybody get their hands on some kbs?

Picked up four bottles...and even that took too much effort. Most stores were reserved before they even made it to the sales floor.

no bottles, but i had it on tap at rattle n hum yesterday. pretty damn good! the alcohol was pretty well hidden and the bourbon note really shined from the second sip forward.

Glass is new also. Found an awesome shop in Berkeley that an amazing selection and glassware. This one was too unusual to say no too.

Also had on tap:
Ninkasi Tricerahops DIPA
Speakeasy Big Daddy IPA and Double Daddy IIPA
Anderson Valley Heelch O'Hops DIPA
Deschutes Red Chair NWPA Nitro
North Coast Acme IPA

Also visited Triple Rock Brewery in Berkeley. Kinda meh. Their best beers were the Saison and their Porter.

It's a willcherbeer glass. Harpoon and trillium both make them as I have one from both. Better then a regular pint though.
