:( i tried finding more people to go with, but sadly i dont know any beer geeks in real life that would be willing to do this
all the bottles the lady and i can get except one is accounted for. i was planning on keeping it for a year or sending it to Someone Special (although i'm not sure he's a sour beer kinda person. seems more like the whisk(e)y and cigars type).
if i can't somehow score some extra bottles there i can prolly get some leblue when that comes out.

:0 I'M A BEER GEEK :D?

It's ok, I am glad I tried it and I'm also sick of the "rare" beer scene, gimme something pale and hoppy and I'm a happy guy. Unless it's LeBleu, I love me some LeBleu and you can have all the FFF you want if you send it to me...

Batch 2, I take it? That's far from baller...

Who said anything about baller? I like the beer. I have a couple bottles of batch 1, but I haven't had one yet. It that much better?

Have you had any of the Allagash Coolship stuff?

Yep, I will say they are just some more over-hyped beers as usual. I've learned over the last couple of years that there are just too many amazing beers that can be purchased off the shelf to go hunting and trading these days. Fantome Saison is better than 90% of these special brewery only release beers and I can simply walk into a bottle shop, buy it and walk out the store. Most of the brewery only beers that I get to try these days are supplied by friends or people I know who live all across the country.

You should get your hands on Anchorage Brewing Company's Love Buzz and Bitter Monk. I think you'll like those a lot.

Tonight - Southern Tier Chokolat stout - still my fav chocolate stout. Then, a Lost Coast Judgement Day - damn, this is some tasty ass drinking beer. I had to get my ******* Vice Grips out to get the cork out though.
