I came to get tickets at 3 am earliest I could. Tickets start at 126 I'm 406, 1000 castleton bottles four per person limit. Might not even get any. A shitload of whales here. Black butte xx is some of the best IRS I've ever had. Fantome hiver, kbs, alpine duet, I don't even remember.
There's like a hundred fifty tickets to me, barrel select is out, but def not a hundred fifty people on line

When were tickets made available?

How long did you have to wait in line before getting the ticket?

I thought about getting a zipcar to head out for this. Glad I didn't. I would have been at 6am. I hope you get your bottles

Which year? '09 is super tasty, '10 also delicious, I just got these bottles of '11 on Saturday and have yet to open a bottle, but I don't think I even care about 'em either...

About 375 miles later I got my BCBS!! Was a fully day, and worth the long ass driving. I'd say the chase/hunt makes it fun. Sure it would be ideal if it was a 10 min trip....but the things we do for great beer. I'm too tired to even try one tonight. Always tomorrrow...

Just looking at Google Maps, and I could have drove to Chicago 1 way.....I don't know what to really say about that.....hahaha

I've never had it before, and have always wanted to try some. It was partly due to that, and just the adventure of it. Let's just say I didn't come home with a 4 pack.

I had another reason to drive down to Des Moines yesterday as well. I had to pick up my shotgun from Scheels.
