Not sure whether you are in the US, but I am going to assume so for this response. There are a couple of US stockists forward, hlorenzo, and the archive. Forward had some footwear in their S/S buy, don't know whether they will pick up any boots in A/W. Not sure about KKA stockists in Europe (if you are there), but you can check the attachment thread.

REally the best way to buy it is proxy it from one of the many Japan stockists (mercury, essense-web, mindtrive,...). But then you have to be comfortable buying footwear over the internet, that you have never tried on, and can't return (though you can probably flip it on the SF marketplace or grailed or something).
