The LS last pair sale is the weakest one they have ever had for us big foots. The one back in March was outstanding! A symptom of not getting many Alden's in this year, I'm sure.

First time in a long time I'm not buying anything from that sale.

Is it possible to push Yenni (who does a ton of Plaza makeups) or Kathy to bring a shell medallion cap toe oxford on Plaza similar to the LS makeup?

I don't think Alden stocks a standard model like that in shell; I've only seen burgundy, black, and tan calfskin, all on Hampton.

yep, it's a shame. My last purchase from their sale was plaza #8 wingtip boots, along with some suede offerings in the sub $300 range.

Nothing this year that catches my eye, especially at those prices

I agree. I believe I bought a #8 LHS in shell for $425ish last "big foot" sale. They must not be order as many large sizes as before. Oh well, I'm $400 richer! Yay.

Possibly, but there have been way fewer Alden makeups making it out to Hawaii. Hopefully things pick up for them!
