Did some cleaning and swapped to round laces on the B&M Chukkas.

Sorry if this is faux pas but, does anyone have experience with Vass? I am particular interested in U, F, and K last fit. I want to order a pair of their old English black cap toes but, I can't get my sizing nailed down. Anyone know how these last compare to plaza, barrie etc.?
I have a pair of Vass Valways in the F last. I own them in a size 43, and I would compare that to my size 10D in the Aberdeen last. Definitely more snug than my Plaza in 10D and Barrie in 9.5D, but not uncomfortable. I have no experience with the K or U lasts. I did reach out to Vass directly about sizing and they were quite helpful. I hope this helps.

I’m curious who out there are fellow 10.5E wearers in the Barrie last?

Drop me a PM. I have a question, but don’t want to bore the masses:)

Good morning all.

I hope this isn’t frowned upon, but I think I need to let go of these #8 longwings in 8.5d. If anyone is interested in a fair deal on an essentially new pair let me know. I LOVE these, but half the time I try them on they fit like a glove and the other half they’re tight enough where they aren’t comfortable. I’m an E guy I guess.

Just basic carpet try on in my basement for maybe 20 minutes total

So I get that this is a bit of a modern take on a classic style - work boots and selvedge denim - but I can’t help but feel that I’m just following a passing trend. Anyway, at least I know the products will last my lifetime. That should speak to the perennial nature of the look. Oh, and I’m wearing my first pair of Darn Tough socks that I just ordered from LLBean.

Took delivery this morning of a pair of color 8 LHS seconds from TSM. Still can’t figure out what made them rejects. I already have a pair of Rancourt color 8unlined shell pinch penny loafers on antique. This pair would be more of a dressy pair, complete with black edge.

I would argue that work boots and denim have been around a long time and have passed the "trend" stage, so not to worry. Wear all in good health.
