The one piece that stood out to me was the 9oz indigo/black shirt, probably in the work shirt variant as I have too many westerns. Agreed about the rest though.

I like it too, I just have enough flannels. Actually grabbed a Samurai one in Germany and it was nice to switch it up.

I have a blue check western in this fabric, really top notch. I got it second hand for a much more palatable price. $395 is crazy for a flannel. I understand why western stores price the way they do, but knowing it's so much cheaper in Japan especially with the weak yen makes that a hard pill to swallow.

I have an Ebay alerted saved search for Iron Heart stuff in my size but that fabric is a rare find. At least the IH UK dealers ship fast and free with no taxes.

Well I just got the verdict for the Clinch boots. They are gonna remake both of them to new in the CN-Wide last. It's gonna cost me too much money.

I think after this whole thing though I'm gonna sell mine. If anyone wants size clinch 12/US11 CN-Wide clinch jodhpurs in horse butt in like a month or two, reach out lol

9oz or 12oz? I have a 12oz denim in their workshirt cut that I like, although I find IH 12oz shirts harder to layer with (maybe im not sizing my outerwear large enough)

12 oz. I have a 12 oz western as well. They definitely function more as a sweater than a shirt.

Could you give me advice regarding the sizing of the Freewheelers stuff? I am interested in their jackets but not sure which size should I go with: 36 or 38? I am 178 cm tall, 65 kg, 35" chest

They run small. You can find measurements on some stuff on Brogue's shop page. Otherwise, Freewheelers still has a webstore (Highway 61) for at least some of their stuff, with measurements. Or you can search Japanese stockists, like Speedway Sendai, which will list measurements. Pro tip: Google translate your query to Japanese and search.

Every time I use ZenMarket and opt for FedEx, UPS or DHL, they inform me they cannot ship via those methods because those carriers require customs paperwork. I don't understand why they offer them as options.

I’ve personally stopped using them for the exact same reason. I started using From Japan. The whole experience is much more seamless, and UPS shipping is cheaper than EMS and just as fast. Have placed a few orders already from RMC with them.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
