the line was long, the room was hot, everyone was well dressed ha. agree with jeremygo it was mostly shirts, sweaters, and outerwear. pants and shoes were mostly all odd sizing. tailoring was also less than anticipated and a lot of non traditional such as model 12. did find a nice OL sport coat in a wool / cashmere gunclub and a wool flannel POW suit that i did not realize was a 101 until i was at check out.

Oh man I was eyeing that PoW suit! Great buy! Yeah normally the hundred series is a bit outside my price range but on sale it was a steal.

I came in after 11:30, not a lot of outerwear like everyone said, may be all picked, still managed to pick up a safari jacket. Also, heaven for anyone in my size (36 trousers, 46 jacket), the rack of jacket and trousers in these sizes is the longest one which mostly model 3 in jacket, tons of Rota and pommella (out of my price range), several model 3 in navy linen for anyone want something nice for summer.

Just swung through as well - definitely a lot of meat on the bone for small bois still remaining, particularly if you're in the 44/46 ballpark. I'm a 48 now, but still picked up a great RJ overcoat and Coherence hunting jacket. Of note, everything is a flat 70% off, and they said everything was already out for the remainder of the sale.

There's a 46 Savas suede '68 jacket and a 48 cashmere shawl cardigan both hanging around that were sorely tempting at these prices but didn't quite work for me, go grab em.

For the guys that made it to the sample sale - how was the footwear selection? I assume mostly The Armoury branded shoes? Any Spigola?
