I thought you could only custom MTO shell these days?
These days, yes. Those Badlands were a group MTO from a year ago:

Gentlemen, while the badlands and black hills are on sale for $199, I would like to gauge interest for a suede 5 lasted PTB.

I'm thinking of the following specs:
- bitter chocolate suede with contrast (alabaster) stitch
- brass eyelets
- tan/alabaster laces
- tan slip bead
- Buff split reverse welt
- tan ink edge dressing

I'm ok with any double butyl, vtread tap, mini lug tap, and red Dainite as long as it has an leather midsole to give it that double leather look.

I'm also ok to replace the tan details with brown if the majority wants a less striking contrast.

I'm also Ok with using the chamois/oiled nubuck used in the brown Darmstadt.

If we get 12 we can have ourselves an MTO suede PTB for 199.

I wear mine weekly; they're a fantastic casual build.

Yup natty. It has caramelized quite a bit and its is nice and smooth as well, except for the quarters of the right boot which has been dry all along.

Finally cold enough to rock the chili grain EC's. For those who have a pair, how long did it take for the shaft to loosen/soften up? They're quite comfortable but pretty stiff around the ankles and up the leg. I've worn them a few times around the house and twice to work now. Wondering if I should use some lexis or reno to speed up the process.
